Holiday Food Drive

BBE staff and families will once again support the Society of St. Stephen with their holiday food drive. Please consider sending non-perishable food items to school with your child. Donations will be accepted until Wednesday, November 17th. Suggestions for donations include:

brownie mix - corn muffin mix - cereal - peanut butter - canned soup - canned fruit - tuna

- non-perishable holiday favorites

We appreciate your willingness to offer support to community members in need.

Veterans Day

On November 11, 2021 we will be honoring the men and women who have served this great nation in all military branches. The celebration will begin at 2:00 pm with a reception at the Bear Branch Park gazebo. All students may invite any immediate family member who is currently serving or who has previously served.

Please submit this Veteran's Day form to Pre-register your veteran and all family members who will attend. No need to check-in at the BBE front office, as the reception is at the park! We will escort the participating students to the park to meet a parent at 2:00 pm, with your permission in the 2021-2022 Greenbelt Permission form.

Following the reception, our BBE students will stand at the fence on Tree Lane with signs and banners to cheer for our veterans as they form a car parade.

Please contact the Veteran' Day Coordinator, Patrick Brom at Veterans@bbepta.com with any questions.
