Information about the monthly meetings can be found at this link. Most meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month.

Please remember that ALL students are eligible to receive FREE breakfast each morning at school. The Nutrition Service Team at each building has been working HARD to feed every student since the first day of school.

Students need to come to the cafeteria each morning and enter their codes. The buildings with the older students have a "Grab & Go" system to make it easy for the students to take their breakfast to the classroom to avoid any delay to the start of school.

Ready Schools

Hello R-BB Families! I'm thrilled to be leading the district through the Ready Schools initiative as our District Readiness Coordinator. What an exciting opportunity we have to spend this year exploring who we are as a district, what we're doing well, and what we want for our students moving forward. If you'd like more information about this design-oriented process, or to get involved, please reach out to me at jmiller@rbbschools.net. See flyer below.

Teacher Tips!

  • Keep reading to your children after they can read for themselves. This is an excellent way to spend special time with your children and it helps your children advance their own reading skills.

  • Encourage your child to work puzzles. They build many skills. They help with patterns (math), connecting pieces (reading), patience and focus as well as small muscle coordination. Besides, they are fun and something families can do together.

  • Display your child’s drawings and writings at home. Talk to your child about what he/she wrote. If you show interest in what your child is doing and proudly display the work they feel proud and encouraged to do more. It is a very positive way to encourage writing.

  • Attitude is very important when trying to learn something new or hard. Speak positively to your child about school and teachers. Your attitude toward learning will send a powerful message to your child. When working at home, be sure to approach it as a fun time to be together, or make a game of it.
