Responsive Services
When we are not in the classroom, this is how a great deal of our time is spent...talking with students! This is often through individual conversations, but sometimes in a small group. Most conversations happen through "drop by" conversations, but teacher and parent referrals are also typical. Life happens and in order to be successful academically, students need to be okay emotionally/mentally. We are so blessed and honored to work with students. Establishing a level of trust is so vital in our daily work. Here are some other things we do:
- Signs of Suicide Program
- Success Plans
- Crisis Response Team
Indirect Services
- Attending weekly team meetings with each grade level
- Serving as the building 504 coordinators
