The Importance of Breakfast
Breakfast has been one of my favorite parts of my day. Well now I know that breakfast provides your body with one thirds of your nutrients! A healthy breakfast can contain items like cereal with nuts, a toaster waffle with strawberries, or even a hame and cheese on an english muffin! Some people don't eat breakfast so they make excuses like, "I'm nt hungry when I wake up",I dont have time or even I dont like to eat breakfast foods." These people dont realize the damage that is being done.
Guidelines for smart snacking
Some healthy snacks are snacks that contain nutrient dense ingredients, snacks that fill food groups and avoid higher fat and calorie snacks. If you have these things in a snack then you will have a healthy snack. An unhealthy snack can be doritos or twinkies and more "junk food."
