Flex Time

Flex Time classes must be entered into the following link by Wednesday, March 7th.

A reminder that there will be no intervention in the last quarter of flex this quarter.

Flex classes will be the following for the fourth quarter: March 27 & 29; April 17, 19, 24, 26; May 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, & 17. Please be aware of that when planning for the fourth quarter flex time class.

Reminder for alarms

All buildings alarms are working correctly. If you are the first to come in the building, then you will use your employee number as your id to disarm the alarm.

Rubrics wanted!

If an effort to have how we currently assess for a design team, we are looking for rubrics that are currently being used in classes. If you have one you utilize, please email it to me.

Leadership and Design Team Retreat

Leadership & Design Team Retreat will be on March 29 from 4-8 pm and May 25 from 1-4pm.

Design Team & Leadership Retreat Invitation

The LMS Design Team would like to invite any LMS teacher that is interested in providing feedback for an LMS common grading and assessment practice to attend March 29 from 4-8 pm. Dinner and a small stipend will be provided. Please RSVP on the google doc by March 16.

State Testing Information

The Office of Assessments is pleased to provide revised Test & Items Specifications for all Grades 3-8 ELA/Math/Science assessments, included in the revisions are additional sample test items for all Grades 3-8 assessments.

Schedule for current 6th and 7th students

We will be having our 6th and 7th grade students enter their course requests into their Infinite Campus in the next two weeks. We will need some flexibility during Den Time to make this happen.

Come to Raising Cane's to support NPS Special Olympics!

Special Olympics at both Raising Cane's locations in Norman on March 7th from 11:00-9:00pm.

Get it Module #4- Must be finished by March 29th!

Use your district USERNAME and PASSWORD to login into MOODLE. Use the ENROLLMENT KEY listed below for the course you are interested in. Your progress is saved as you go through each Moodle course, so you can log out and then return at any time. However, you cannot exit a quiz in the middle and return to that same quiz session.

FLIPPED LEARNING MINICOURSE SD Points: 2.0 This minicourse will provide an overview of flipped learning for elementary and secondary classrooms. Tips and tricks for successful implementation are included. ENROLLMENT KEY- GetIT

Once you have finished the course, print your certificate and sign the pink sheet with Jennifer Tupper.
