Those interested in the Moderna, if not already signed up at the LIU or Keystone, may register at the Keystone Health site for Friday, March 18.
If the District can arrange another opportunity for our teachers, support staff, substitutes, student teachers, contractors, and bus drivers to be vaccinated, we will do so. We just cannot promise it can be on a remote learning day or other day that release time would be provided.
If you are interested in obtaining a J&J vaccine through your local intermediate unit and currently do not have a scheduled appointment this week, please complete and submit this survey https://expressforms.pa.gov/apps/pa/Education/IU12-Education-Staff-COVID19-Vaccination-Questionnaire no later than Thursday, March 18 at 5PM. The password to access the survey is 0099. Note that this is the last opportunity for anyone to register for this vaccine through the IU process.
