Dear Parents and Carers,

Well done to all of our amazing Year 6 children for the effort that they have put into their SATs this week. Each and every one of them has shown themselves to be resilient and courageous. They have got through their week with smiles and taken the opportunity to show off how much they have learned in their lives so far.

Thank you to all of the staff in Year Six and throughout the school who have worked incredibly hard over the year to support the children: Mrs Johnson, Miss Sagar, Miss Hall, Mr Stanton, Miss Sutcliff, Miss Finnerty and Mrs Chisnall. Thank you as well to other members of staff who have really supported the SATs process this week: Mrs Ashman, Mrs Schofield and Mr Grime.

Thank you as well to you, parents and carers, for sharing your children with us. It is a real privilege to work each and every day with such wonderful children.

The children in Year 2 have been completing their SATs. They still have some way to go but they are all trying extremely hard to do their best. Thank you to Mrs Morton, Mrs Eastwood, Mrs Horrocks and Mrs Parker for all of their efforts in supporting the Year 2 children this year.

Have a wonderful weekend. I look forward to seeing all of those Monday smiles!

With respect,

Mr Neil Ringrose
