What is Animal Abuse?
Animal Abuse is when animal gets beaten up or get killed during science experiments. when people don't want their pets no more they might throw them to the streets or take them to animal control.

- Police apprehended 10 suspects for killing a wild female giant panda and buying and selling its parts.
- 3 of the 10 people were arrested and the two prime suspects, brothers surnamed and, confessed to the police that they shot a female panda in a tree unknowingly, thinking it was just a "big animal."
- They later sold 35 kilograms (77lbs) of meat, and the panda's paws for 4800 yuan ($773).
- Police uncovered the pelt of a panda, parts of a skull, and other remains at the suspects' home.
Animal abuse in the usa

Tiger abuse in Vietnam
- Russian police have raided premises in Moscow and arrested a Vietnamese citizen with the head and skin of a critically endangered Siberian tiger.
- Following a search of the property they also found 59 big cat teeth and four bones. They are currently awaiting expert identification on these body parts to determine if they came from a tiger or from the critically endangered amur leopard.
- If suspicions that the teeth have come from an amur leopard this would be devastating for conservation plans as less than 50 are thought to remain in the wild.
- Vietnam is a major consumer country that is leading to large losses of wildlife across the world.

What Human Right is being violate?
The Human Right that is being violated is freedom from torture, degrading treatment because Animals' are being tortured and experimented on and being treated badly. People all around the world hurt animals like they were not important.
PETA
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is the largest animal rights organization in the world, with more than 3 million members and supporters.
PETA focuses its attention on the four areas in which the largest numbers of animals suffer the most intensely for the longest periods of time: on factory farms, in the clothing trade, in laboratories, and in the entertainment industry. We also work on a variety of other issues, including the cruel killing of beavers, birds, and other “pests” as well as cruelty to domesticated animals.
PETA works through public education, cruelty investigations, research, animal rescue, legislation, special events, celebrity involvement, and protest campaigns.
