Kindergarten News: Mrs. Noll's students listened to "Don't Let Pigeon ride the Bus" for the week. At the end of the week, the students learned to draw pigeon by the author Mo Willems. The drawings you see they did free hand. | | First Grade News: First grade has been learning about Christmas customs from Around the World. Today we worked on making crowns for St. Lucia day in Sweden. |
Kindergarten News:
| Second Grade News Mrs. McMullen's students learned how to make snowflakes to decorate their door for Juniata's door decorating contest. | Third Grade News: Mrs. Connolly's students posed in front of the Olaf door they decorated. The kids traced their hands for the trees and helped make the paper lights. |

Fourth Grade News:Ms Rambeau’s reading classes celebrated narrative nonfiction reading by becoming teachers. The students worked hard to create a GoogleSlides presentation. They even added photographs, animation, and transitions to their slides in order to teach their classmates about what they learned in their narrative nonfiction reading. Classmates gave praise to the students after the presentations. It was a fun day of learning! | Fifth Grade News: These are some photos of 5th grade playing with the cubelets during Library Instruction with Miss Wineland. They built moving robots and decided to race them. | Fifth grade students are working on decorating their classroom doors for the Juniata Student Council’s door decorating contest. The theme is Holiday Movies. Students have been working hard creating doors representing The Grinch, Frosty the Snowman, and Elf. |

Upcoming Events
December 20th: Extreme red and green day. Wear as much red and green as humanly possible, so we can deck the halls of Juniata with holiday spirit!
December 21st: Dress like your favorite holiday movie or holiday cartoon character!
December 22nd: Ugly sweater or "Extremely Festive" sweater/shirt day.
Winter Holiday Party: 2:00 - 3:00pm
December 23rd - January 2nd: No School - Winter Break

Private Car Information:
Please do not park along the sidewalk or in front of the round-a-bout. It is important that cars are able to drive along there to safely let their children out of the car for school. Thank you!
Water Bottles:
Due to the continued closure of our water fountains, students should bring a water bottle to school daily. The bottle must only contain water.
School Gate Guardian:
Please remember to bring your driver's license/photo ID with you when you visit our school. We will require all visitors to scan through School Gate Guardian. Please understand that this is for the safety of our students and staff.
