K, 1, 2 MUSIC CONCERT & 5TH GRADE BAND CONCERT
Evergreen's Spring Concert is Thursday, May 25th at 1:30 and 6:30 in the Evergreen gym.
5th Grade Band students should arrive at 6:00. They are asked to wear semi-formal attire that is suitable for a performance. What your child wears is ultimately your decision as a parent since everyone owns different dress up clothes. Please do not ask about specific outfits. It is not the intention to ask families to purchase any clothes. Remember you are representing the school, community and the music department. Examples of Semi-formal attire: Dress or Skirt. Slacks with Sweater, Polo Shirt, Tucked-in Dress Shirt. Examples of unacceptable attire for our performance: Sweat Pants, T-Shirts, Sweat Shirts, Jeans with holes. Attendance expectations: The kids have worked hard for this night. We understand they have other activities such as baseball, softball, dance, gymnastics etc. These other activities have multiple practices and competitions. This is our one and only performance opportunity. Please make it a priority for your child to attend. It is an expectation as part of the band and grade. Their band mates are counting on your musician being there.

We are looking forward to showcasing all of the students' musical growth and hope to see you there!
ENROLL FOR 4K/5K
The 2022-2023 school year is well underway and it is time for us to think ahead to the 2023-2024 school year and our NEW 4K/5K students. Things will look a little different this year with enrollment. Rather than in-person enrollment, we will utilize an electronic enrollment process. Please know that if this presents an issue for any family you can contact your child’s home school and the school secretary can help. The information below will give guidance on how the new process will work.
WHO SHOULD ENROLL?
● Any student that will be 4 years old on OR before September 1, 2023
OR
● Any student who will be 5 years old on OR before September 1, 2023, that DID NOT attend 4K in the Waterford Graded School District is encouraged to enroll at this time.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Register online by using the NSOE (New Student Online Enrollment) page on our website.
NEXT STEPS
Once you have completed the NSOE and verification has been completed, you will receive a letter with your Family Skyward Access permanent login credentials. You will need to complete registration for the 2023-24 school year in the fall when registration opens. Please contact your school secretary with questions.HEALTH SERVICE - NEW COVID - 19 FORM
The Waterford Graded School District has a new form available to you when it is necessary to report a Covid-19 absence.
- If your student has tested positive for COVID, please stay home and notify the Attendance Office. Fill out the following Google form.
Absences related to COVID ISOLATION will continue to be medically excused only if proper documentation is provided, including a photo of your positive home test or written statement from a healthcare provider. Medical absences due to COVID will be acceptable for 5 days. If at the end of the 5 days, the student still has a fever and/or symptoms aren’t improving, then they need to continue their isolation until those criteria are met. At this point, to be excused any additional days, a doctor’s excuse will need to be provided for absences to be marked as medically excused.
The Covid-19 Form can be accessed through the Health Services link on our website.
Here you can also find other helpful information under the Parent Links for some of the more common illnesses we will see this winter.
Looking for another week of summer fun for your children go to Camp Invention website. Camp runs Aug 7th through 11th.
