Shakespeare's History & Past
One of the worlds greatest minds along with Albert Einstein, Leonardo Da Vinci, and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart for their talents; is William Shakespeare. Shakespeare was able to change our language the way no one else has. It all started when he was born, nobody knows what day or year because they never kept track. Yet they do know that he was baptized on the 29th of April, 1564. He was the son of John and Mary Shakespeare, and was born and raised in Stratford- Upon- Avon in Warwickshire, England. He attended a local grammar school.
Later in his life he got married to Anne Hathaway at the age of 18. Six months after their wedding they had their first child: Susanna. Then 2 years later they had twins: Hamnet & Judith but their son dies. Later William moved away to go pursue his career as a writer of many plays, poems, and sonnets. His plays would be preformed in the Globe theater. Then in 1613 William retired from the theater and headed back to his home in Stratford- Upon- Avon, then was buried there in 1616.

This was Shakespeare's father, he married Mary Arden (Shakespeare). John was a glove maker and wool merchant.
Mary Arden (Shakespeare)
Mary Arden was the daughter of a well-do-land owner. Mary married John Shakespeare. She had eight children, and they all lived in the family shop.
Anne Hathaway (Shakespeare)
Anne Hathaway was the daughter of a farmer. She married William Shakespeare on November 29th, 1582. and had 3 children.
