We are fortunate at Florence High School to have strong programs in Academics, Arts, Athletics and Career & Technical Education.

Thanks to our amazing Fine Arts department, we had a wonderful performance on Wednesday! This was the first student performance ever and we were so proud of all concerned -- including the student body participation. In case you are not aware, we are the ONLY school in the state doing what we do in Fine Arts and one of a very SMALL number nationwide.

We appreciate your support of the Arts and especially our children! Click the video below to see a short glimpse of some of our amazing talent!

Teachers are learners too!

Teachers & Administrators participated in Learning Walks on Monday and Wednesday this week. This allows us to visit some of our many classes and see all of the great things happening at FHS! Teachers and Administrators use the Eleot Observation Tool to look for Equitable Learning, High Expectations, Supporting & Active learning. They also identify ways to monitor student progress, classroom management, and utilitze technology. Thank you to all of our teachers for being lifelong learners and for opening their classrooms to allow others to learn!

Parking Info

All students parking on the FHS campus must buy a parking pass. It is very important for all students to have a parking pass and to park in their assigned spaces. Students without parking passes or parking in other students' parking spaces may have their vehicles towed at any time. Students must complete the parking permit form, have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and have all past school fees paid. The cost of the parking pass is $15.00.
