Yearbook Information
We have been busy working on the 2021-2022 Toms River Intermediate School North yearbook and are really excited about it! The yearbook will be packed with student portraits, events, sports, candids, and activities and is the best and most permanent way for your student to remember this school year.
To be 100% guaranteed to have a yearbook for your child, you must purchase by February 27, if you have not already. After that date, yearbooks may be available for purchase later, but you take the risk of the school selling out and your child missing out on the yearbook. We want every student and family that wants a yearbook to have one, so please make sure to purchase by February 27 by clicking this link;

10 Ways to Spend Quality Time with Your Teen
It can be difficult to find ways to give teen’s positive attention. Now that they’ve outgrown a lot of childhood activities, it may be more difficult to find family activities they're interested in.
The teen years are also the time when young people begin to spend more time with friends than family, and without a concerted effort to create quality family time, many teens begin to drift apart from their parents.
Although it’s developmentally normal for teens to become increasingly independent, it is essential to invest your energy into maintaining a good relationship—even when you have trouble communicating.
Rather than emphasize the quantity of time you spend together, focus on creating quality time together. Here are 10 ways to create quality time to spend with your teen, even if it's just a few minutes each day.
1. Turn off the Electronics
2. Eat Dinner Together
3. Step Into Your Teen’s World
4. Do Something Active
5. Do Something Nice for Others Together
6. Go for a Drive Together
7. Go for a Walk
8. Do a Project Together
9. Teach Your Teen Something New
10. Schedule a Family Night
