Inaugural Year for PHES Band Ends With a Bang!

We are SO proud of our students for their hours of practicing and for taking a risk playing a new instrument. HUGE shout-out to Mrs. Madore and Mr. Otterstrom for taking so much time out of their own lives to lead these little musicians.

Check out this compilation Mrs. Madore made of the 2021-22 Providence Hall Elementary Band:

Great Job 5th Graders!

This was a big week for 5th grade students. They celebrated the completion of the D.A.R.E. program on Wednesday with a graduation ceremony. The entire fifth grade class sang the D.A.R.E. song, and one student from each class had their essay read by a "VIP" (Herriman Police Dept Officer or Providence Hall Administrator).

Hat's off to Olivia Young and Kylah Ahumada for doing such a spectacular job as emcees, and thanks to Officer Rice for his participation in the ceremony and all he did with the 5th grade teachers and classes to make sure students are empowered to make good choices.
