When you smoke, it's not only your health that suffers but it's also your family's health that also suffers too. Your family can be harmed by just breathing secondhand smoke. Secondhand smoke accounts for 3,400 lung cancer deaths every year. Half of all smokers die because of smoking in the world, and you might be one of them. Roughly 8.6 million smokers will develop chronic bronchitis, cardiovascular diseases, and other worse health issues. There are bad ingredient in cigarette smoke such as acetone which is solvents like nail polisher, ammonia which is a flavor and enhances the effect of nicotine, formaldehyde which is used to preserve dead bodies, and more worse poisions. When you smoke, you put yourself into a dangerous situation, and those dangerous situations can toll on your family both emotionally, physically, and financially. Stop smoking before it gets all worse!

You can stop smoking now before it gets all too late! Quitting smoking is like getting a second life, and it will be worth it. Yes, it's going to be hard at first but set your goals high and strive for the best. If you want to change your life, change your mind. It's going to be hard to control the comfort and the companionship that the smoking had, but it's time for a change. Also, condition our minds is another great recommendation by many doctors and people around the world, building strong minds would help tremendously on quitting cigarette. Quit aids and get support. It's always great to get someone to help you out. It's like an extra boost for the better and for the goal you want to reach.

Becky's Story...

Becky was an exchange student living in Germany and her junior year of high school, she started to smoke to fit in with her host family, members, and friends. She smokes too much and now, today, she has a severe lung disease, and she needs continuous oxygen to help her breathe. She has quitted smoking now and helping others spread the word of how bad and scary smoking is.
