Please remember to stop by the WCE clinic before the end of the school year to collect your students' unused medications. NO medication is allowed to be sent home with students per district policy. Any medications (including Epi pens and Inhalers), not collected by the end of the last day of school will be destroyed according to district policy.
The last day of school ends May 27th at 12:00 pm.
Health & medication forms for next school year can be found at the link below and should be filled out after July 1st. Please return the new forms and medications together at the start of next school year. Please remember each medication to be kept in the school clinic requires a separate Medication Authorization form.
If you DO NOT plan to pick up your child's medication and would like it discarded, please email this to the school nurse at angela.orgeron@humbleisd.net so that I do not continue to send you reminders.

We want to have as many Cardinals here as possible for all the fun end of school activities but also need to be careful we are not spreading germs!!
