Kampyo is made from marinated strips of Calabash gourd. It is also a main ingredient of a Futomaki Roll.
Unagi Avocado Roll
Unagi means freshwater eel in Japanese. Lake Hamana is considered to contain the highest-quality Unagi.
Toro Gunkan
Gunkan sushi contains ingredients that would be difficult to put inside a classic sushi roll. Common Gunkan fillings include fish roe (eggs) and sea urchin.
Hokigai (Red clam)
Hokigai is a type of saltwater clam. It can also be served raw, but it only acquires its distinctive red color after being cooked.

Futo Maki literally means "Fat Roll". It can be over 1.5 inches in diameter, and contains plenty of rice with a few mild vegetables or cooked seafood.

Tobiko is flying fish roe, which is mild and salty. It is combined with ingredients like squid ink and wasabi to give the roe different colors.

Escolar is a deepwater tropical fish. It has been largely advertised as "white tuna" or "butterfish"
