Life of a Pilgrim Child

This week we will read all about the life of a pilgrim child. We will read and discuss what pilgrim children ate, how they dressed, how they were expected to behave, in addition to their working, playing, and schooling.

We will create pilgrim children and will make inferences based on their clothing.

Study Guide

Ask your child these questions to assess their knowledge of last week's lesson.

  1. When did the Mayflower reach Plymouth? (November 11, 1620)

  3. How long was the journey from England? (66 days)
  4. How many men signed the Mayflower Compact? (41)
