Boston Trip 2019

You've Learned About it in Class... Now See it in Person!!!!

Plimoth Plantation

You learned about the Pilgrims (Separatists) and how they came to Massachusetts for religious freedom. Now you'll get to walk through a recreation of the town they built. See their fort! Watch them cook food! Talk with historically accurate reenactors! You'll also get to see a recreation of a Wampanoag village and see how the natives in this area lived before the English arrived on their shores.

Boston Party Ships and Museum

This new museum is pretty cool. When you arrive, you'll be given the identity of a person who lived in Boston. You'll attend a town meeting and decide to boycott tea. You'll tour a recreation of the tea ships and get a chance to hurl a bale of tea overboard. Find out what happens to your character and see an actual chest of tea from that fateful night!
