Computer Check in Schedule
Students may turn in their computer/charger any day between (8:00 - 2:30) if they have completed and submitted all work before May 28th; otherwise, please come on your scheduled day.
3rd - 5th Grade - May 13th - 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
6th - 8th Grade - June 1st and 2nd - 8:00 am - 2:30 pm
9th - 11th Grade - June 3rd and 4th - 8:00 am - 2:30 pm
12th Grade - 12+1 & 12+2 (PPEC) - May 24th and 25th - 8:00 am - 2:30 pm
Please remember to bring: Computer, power adapter (charger) and the computer case.
New to Parent Portal - "Ecollect"
If you want to use this form, log in to your Parent Portal account, select the student you wish to report an absence for and then go to Forms in the left-hand menu list. Click on Student Attendance & COVID Student Health Tracking, enter the requested information, and hit Submit.
If you need your Parent Portal account username and/or password, please reach out to our Registrar, Chelly Hardman, at 719-494-8962 or email her chardman@d49.org.
If you would rather call your child's absence in, please call Luisa Vigil at 719-494-8940, and she will be happy to fill out the form for you. If you leave a message, please include the following information:
Student name, grade, and the reason for the absence. If your student is ill, please included the symptoms and the date they began, and if it is covid related.
