Weekly Update
Flambeau High School
From the Principal's Office
Next week is an important week for Flambeau! For the first time, all of our Juniors will be taking the ACT! The ACT, as you know, is a vitally important test for individual students in terms of college admittance. Now, it is important for us as a district. We've done much to prepare our students: review sessions in all subject areas, practice tests, and meetings with Mrs. Zimmer should have the students ready. To promote the magnitude of this day and the optimize the testing environment, the 9th, 10th, and 12th graders will not have school on Tuesday. The Juniors will start their day with breakfast (made by staff members) and end their day with pizza. If you see any Juniors over the weekend, wish them luck and remind them to dress for success!
Weekly Attendance Update
One of our goals this year for the Junior High and High School is to increase our attendance. Each week, we’ll take a look at our attendance data. Remember, research has proven that regular attendance at school is directly related to achievement!
