CoSA Kicks Off Its 24th Season

Dear CoSA Families,

We are so excited to have all of the energy back in the CoSA Office, throughout the hallways, classrooms, and studios, and across the campus of CHS! We know that this will be our best year yet, and we are looking forward to sharing with everyone what this 24th season has in store. Classes have been back in session for just a little over a week, so students are still getting settled with their schedules. The CoSA Foundation has many new faces and is also gearing up for a productive 2019-20. We hope to see you at your conservatory's upcoming Start with Art event!

CoSA Digital Arts Filmmaking Teacher Publishes Second Children's Book

This summer 2019, BigKat "BK" Manning published his second children's book, titled "Giraffes Only Do the Can-Can on Tuesdays." It was illustrated by 2019 CoSA graduate, Adam Sheehan.

"What do zoo animals do at night when no humans are present? According to precocious 3rd grader Scarlett, quite a lot! Come along for the ride as Scarlett spins a wildly-imaginative yarn for her classmates. And who knows, she might not be that far from the truth after all!"

The book is available on Amazon.com, or people can go directly to the author if they would like to get an autographed copy.
