Naz Christian Fellowship 2.0
Greetings everyone,
I hope you had a restful Reading Weekend. It is hard to believe we are midway through the Fall Semester! Many thanks to those of you who participated in the survey about service times and offerings. Your input was extremely helpful as we discern how to best serve the Christian Community on Nazareth's campus.
While we come from many different Christian denominations and expressions, the shared foundational belief of our shared Christian faith is the Resurrection of Christ on Easter. The Resurrection reminds us that out of loss, comes new beginnings and opportunities - many of which we could not have imagined before we experienced the pain of change and loss. Nazareth Christian Fellowship is at a time of Resurrection - how do we re-imagine how we are a Christian community on our Nazareth Campus?
Since the start of the semester, attendance at the Sunday 5:00 PM worship service has been very minimal. Through the survey, we learned that many of you attend services off-campus on Sunday mornings. Consequently, we have decided to discontinue the Sunday night 5:00 PM service for the remainder of the fall semester. Instead, we will focus on other ways to build on the Christian community on our campus. This is a time of Resurrection for NCF!
Below you will find a number of ways NCF will gather on Nazareth's Campus - including Thursday's Life Group weekly gatherings. Additionally, starting this Sunday 10/17, we will begin proving transportation to our campus partner Glory House International - please see the information below on how to RSVP for a ride to their 10:30 AM service. Please know the Center for Spirituality remains committed to proving your pastoral care and support. Please feel free to reach out to me with any concerns, questions, or ideas to meet at jfazio1@naz.edu.
In Christ,

Pathways: An Enneagram Reflection Group for Personal Growth
Every Thursday
4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, GAC 151
The Enneagram is an effective tool of discernment and spiritual transformation. It is a tool used by spiritual directors from many faith traditions and perspectives. The Enneagram helps people gain insight into themselves and the world around them using 9 different categories, each of which are linked to a number of personality traits.
This weekly group will use the Enneagram to:
~ Familiarize you with your Enneagram type.
~ Learn how the Enneagram can assist you in achieving greater self-awareness.
~ Gain insight into how you interact with others, e.g. friends, co-workers, etc.
~ Develop stress and time management skills.
~ Foster a sense of spiritual health and wellness.
No experience with the Enneagram is necessary to participate. All are welcome!
