Information About Child Development & Infant Learning Program
Welcome to Sprout and Good to Grow!
Sprout is celebrating Child Development with a week filled with tips, resources, and opportunities to track and celebrate your child's development.
Complete an ASQ-3 (Ages and Stages - 3) Questionnaire to track and celebrate your child's development. Click on the link in the attached flyer or go to https://www.asqonline.com/family/f9ca53. If you prefer to complete the ASQ-3 screening on paper, we can mail you a copy. One of our developmental specialists would be happy to complete the ASQ-3 with you on the phone or on Zoom! To schedule an appointment call 907-235-6044 or email refer@SproutAlaska.org. There is no cost to your family.
Join our facebook page Sprout Family Services for daily videos about Child Development, ASQ-3, as well as family resources and parenting tips.
Sprout is the Infant Learning Program in the Seward/Moose Pass community and our mission is to support families with infants and toddlers. We provide all services virtually at this time. For children from birth to age three years we have free developmental evaluations. For those who qualify we can provide Family Service Coordination and individual sessions with Developmental Specialists, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists. Visit Sprout's website for more information www.SproutAlaska.org . To receive Sprout's monthly newsletter please send us your email address.

One important piece of news is that Molly, our PTO Treasurer has resigned. We are still accepting nominations for a new treasurer, and have not yet received any. Fear not, she has agreed to come to the next one or two meetings to help train the new treasurer before passing the torch - no accounting experience necessary, just a willingness to come to meetings. Please email nomination to Molly at mtrostel@kpbsd.k12.ak.us. Nominations are due by Friday, October 30th. Voting will occur at the following PTO meeting, Tuesday October 20th.
