Technoburbs
An exurb that has organically morphed into a city with an infrastructure, industries, and services spread throughout the area.
Example: Is the New York metropolitan area.
Technoburbs have taken on roles with CBD, it differs from Hoyt's sector model by moving CBD outward and expanding into different areas than the central areas.
Master planned-communities
A type of residential plan that includes recreational amenities such as parks, golf courses, lakes, and bike paths or jogging paths.
Example: Wood Forest 45 miles away from Houston, Texas
Master planned-communities are planned out in empty areas differs from the nuclei model because it leaves the CBD not spread it out when building the new residents
