Advanced Applied Physical Training (Hybrid)
This course is for NCI instructors or for those wanting to become an NCI Instructor.
This event is for active Oakland County Public Schools Special Educators and PSA's only.
Do you work with exceptionally aggressive, violent, or difficult-to-manage individuals?
Applied Physical Training is an intensive program designed to enhance your ability to teach physical intervention strategies to your staff. You will expand your skills for: recognizing and minimizing risks; conducting ongoing trainings that help ensure safety for both staff and students; ensuring Care, Welfare, Safety and Security for everyone.
On-line portion will open Monday, August 5, 2019 and all work must be completed by Sunday, August 18, 2019.
