Leadership Positions
Collierville Educators,
Applications for Collierville Schools’ 2018-2019 teacher leader positions and leadership opportunities may be accessed through the links below. Eligibility requirements, job responsibilities, and stipends (if available) are specifically outlined in each application. Educators may apply for multiple positions; however, they may only serve in one paid position, if selected. This does not apply to Student Teacher Mentors and/or Peer Support Teachers. Educators may serve in non-paid leadership roles even if they hold a teacher leader position that pays a stipend. Applications must be submitted by 5:00 pm on Friday, May 18, 2018. Selected applicants will receive notification before the school year ends.
Teacher Leader Positions:
Instructional Coach (2 per Elementary/Middle; 3 per High School)
Support Team Leader (3 per district—Selected through interview process)
Vanguard Member (Elementary—2 per school, Middle— 4 per school, High—8 per school)
Vanguard Coach (Open to all educators with one-year Vanguard Member experience)
Curriculum Facilitators (ELA, Math & Science: K-8—one per grade level, per school):
Read to Be Ready Liaison (K-3—one per grade level, per school)
ESL Instructional Facilitator (3 per district)
Library Media Specialist Lead (1 per district)
Physical Education Learning Leader (3 per district)
Elementary Visual Arts Lead Teacher (1 per district)
Elementary Music Lead Teacher (1 per district)
Secondary Visual Arts Lead Teacher (1 per district)
Secondary Performing Arts Lead Teacher (1 per district)
SPED Instructional Lead (13 per district)
Gifted Instructional Lead (1 per district)
Data Network Facilitator (1 per school)
Healthy School Team/Family Resource Center Lead (1 per school)
Responsive Classroom Lead (Elementary—1 per school)
Teacher Leadership Opportunities
A pool of educators will be selected for this role to host clinical placements, field experiences, and/or classroom observations. Selected educators will be contacted throughout the year as needed.
A pool of educators will be selected for this role to model best practices by way of peer observations and/or sharing a mini-lesson via video. Selected educators will be contacted throughout the year as needed.

May 22nd: 5th Grade Luau 11:00
All grades due in PowerSchool by 5:00 pm
May 23rd: Kindergarten Program 9:30
All Grade Verifications completed by 5:00 pm
May 24th: Last Day of School - Students Leave at 12:15 and faculty will come to the cafeteria right after duty is finished!
