Always try to avoid video chats, and sending provocative and revealing images of yourself that can be used as blackmail.


Never share your passwords or personal information!


If you are being bullied over the internet, always let your parents know.


Always block the person who is bullying you to prevent them contacting you.


Remember, cyber bullying is ILLEGAL in The Netherlands, so don't hesitate to contact the authorities!
