What if my student has to miss a Zoom (synchronous) class?
Parents/guardians of virtual students who will miss a synchronous class need to submit an attendance note to the FJH Attendance Clerk via email. Please include the doctor's note, etc. just as you would if the student was in class. If possible, please schedule appointments during asynchronous classes.

What if I got an email that my child is absent?
**Please note that because students have until 11:59 pm to complete assignments, teachers have extra time to complete attendance. Your child's attendance should be finalized by the end of the day on Monday for the previous week.
If you have any questions regarding attendance, please email your child's teacher.
What if I have trouble with technology?
Please email helpdesk@fisdk12.net for help with technology. Also, email your teacher so that they know as well. It may take some time for your teacher to reply. Here are some links to common issues.

Zoom tells me I am not in the domain/system or internal meeting error. Directions (Please note that we have students who can get into Zoom in all classes except one and this was the solution.)
