Everyone has there own limits to how much calories they eat. Staying within your limits helps you to maintain your weight. Because people stay in there calorie limit they found it easier to keep track of how much they eat in a day.

Enjoy food but eat less/ Eating out

* Think before you eat

Avoid oversize portions, Use a smaller plate, bowl and glass. Stop eating when satisfied, not full.

* Choose lower calorie menu

Check posted calorie amounts, Choose dishes that include vegetables, fruits, and/or whole grains, Order a smaller portion or share when eating out
