Main Entree
Broccoli Quinoa Fried Rice!
Broccoli Quinoa fried rice is the main entree. Broccoli Quinoa fried rice is the perfect entree for a school lunch. My entree has 228 calories, 5 grams of fat, and 8 grams of protein in it. There is 236% of vitamin C, 109% of vitamin A, and 5% of vitamin D. Also 15% of iron, 29% of calcium, and 2% of sodium. Yum:)

Asparagus
My first side dish is just an asparagus. It has .1 gram of fat, 2.2 grams of protein, and 35 grams of carbohydrates. It is also only 20 calories. 15% of vitamin and 9% of vitamin C. There is 2% of iron and 29% of calcium. Healthy<3

Mashed Potatoes
My second side dish are mashed potatoes! These mashed potatoes have 174 calories, 1.2 grams of fat, 4 grams of protein, and 37 grams of carbohydrates. There is 1% of vitamin A, 22% of vitamin C, and 3% of vitamin D. There is also 3% of iron, 5% of calcium, and 26% of sodium. ;)

I know frozen banana bites don't sound very tasty, but I'm not going to lie they are pretty good and very healthy. What do you think my healthiest recipe is( other than the asparagus)? I thought that the Broccoli quinoa fried rice was the healthiest recipe. I thought this because although it might have the second highest calories it has 8 grams of protein, 39 grams of carbohydrates, and only 5 grams of fat. It is also packed with 236% of vitamin C, 109% of vitamin A, 5% of vitamin D, 15% of iron, 29% of calcium, and 2% of sodium.
