Transportation Information
Student drop off occurs in the side parking area, next to the gym doors. All students that will be dropped off by an automobile will access this area from our Lamme Road entrance. The front entrances and driveways are to be for school busses and daycare busses only. This is also the same for dismissal. All students that will be picked up by an automobile will be awaiting their ride at the side of the building. School busses and daycare busses will pick up students in the front driveway. Our students that walk home will exit through either the front doors or the back doors based on their needs. There is no parking or drop off in the loop at the Lamme Road traffic light. Thank you for helping to keep our students safe by following these transportation procedures.
New Attendance Policies
Please be aware that new attendance policies have been created and mailed home. These will also be available in the student handbook. Please refer to these prior to scheduling appointments, trips, or other circumstances that might cause your child to be absent. All absent students must have a parent or guardian call in to the school prior to their absence.
Class Lists and School Supplies
Class lists will be posted on August 18th at 4 p.m. on the school's front entrance. School supplies lists can be found on the district website, as well as posted on the front doors. These will remain posted through the first day of school.
Holliday PTO Corner
Holliday's PTO will be at Back to School Night on Monday, August 21st. There will be a table with information on how parents and families can help the students and the school. The PTO will be conducting a membership drive. They will also be conducting a raffle with fun pirate gear! Be sure to stop by the table and say, "Hello."

C.F. Holliday Spirit Wear Now Available
Holliday's PTO will be selling a limited amount of school spirit wear during Back to School Night. The shirts feature a small design on the front and a larger design on the back. The shirts also feature our school's mission statement: "Dream, Think, Do! Success is up to you!". T-shirts will be $10 and long sleeve shirts will be $15. Both shirt styles come in red or gray. Please be prepared to purchase these items with CASH ONLY. Order forms will be available that evening for orders being placed in mid-September. Order forms will also be sent home with every student during the second week of school.
Upcoming Community Events
West Carrollton Schools Pep Rally
Please join us for this free community event on Friday, August 18th at the high school DOC Stadium. Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. The Parade of Athletes will take place at 5:45 p.m., followed by the marching band and color guard. The football scrimmage between our Pirates and the Bellbrook Eagles is at 7:00 p.m. GO PIRATES!
