Miss. Smith's Kindergarten Class: Spring Edition
To the Care ISD Parents
Hello Parents,
I want to thank you for your continuous support this semester. As the semester ends and the seasons change, we will begin to go outside everyday for thirty minutes to enjoy the weather. Please remember to send your child to school with sunscreen in their backpack or place some on your child before their arrival to school. There will be several events this month that will take place outdoors and the parents are welcome to enjoy these events with us.
Once again, thanks for all the support. Hope to see you at one of many Spring events.

A Look Inside the Classroom
For the month of April, the students will learn about height. The main focus for this lesson is for students to be able to tell the difference between people's height. The students will also learn this task by doing measuring activities and stacking blocks and also drawing family pictures. Some of the activities will require students to be in groups which gives the students a chance for peer-interaction. This activity will be an ongoing lesson. Please encourage your child to work on this task outside of school.
