Negative Lunch Balances and the Administrator's Account
Please check your SchoolCafe account. Ticasuk Brown currently has over $1000 in breakfast and lunch charges to the "Administrator's Account". This account is unfunded and will need to be paid during the school year. This account is used after the student has two lunches charged to their account. At Ticasuk we have always fed students and never want students to go unfed. However the $1000 bill that continues to grow daily is unsustainable and has created the need to no longer allow charges to the "Administrator Account".
How Do I know if my Child has Administrator Account Charges?
In your School Cafe account, if you see a notation that says "Transfer Requested from Administrator Account" this is a charged that is owed to the Administrator Account. Some Students have multiple charges to this account.
What does this mean?
Unfortunately, starting Monday, November 13th, any student with outstanding charges to this account will only be served a cold pack for breakfast and/or lunch. Students will be able to receive cold packs for 3 days, If charges remain after 3 days of cold pack service, students will not be able to receive any food from the breakfast/lunch line.

This is a confidential application and all information is processed directly through nutrition services.
