Brief Summary about the Plant Explosion
On April 17, an explosion at a fertilizer plant in West, Texas, took part of the small town located some 20 miles north of Waco. The massive explosion killed about 15 people and about 160 people were injured. The accurate time when the explosion happened is 7:50 p.m. The explosions caused a lot of damage: 60-80 home wiped out, 50-75 homes destroyed, 50-unit apartments damaged. On April 19, it was told that 60 people were missing, 12 bodies were recovered, and at least 200 bodies injured.
