Welcome Back!

Hi Everyone!


I hope you enjoyed a truly wonderful and restful break with your family and friends. Mine was great- and I had a lot of time to reflect on, and give thanks for, the gifts in my life- especially all of you!


Just 4 short days until we are back at it! I will try to keep it short as you ease back into the day to day school stuff :)


I would like to wish all of you a very Happy New Year and many blessings in 2016!

Just a peek...

  • Please remember that your teacher pages need to be updated by Sunday, January 3 and your lesson plans turned in to me no later than Monday, January 4 at 5:00 pm. You will still be able to send your plans to me while I am away.
  • Wednesday, January 6 is PAY DAY and Jeans day for Faculty and Staff! Let's don our new Spirit Wear from Santa on this day :)
  • I encourage you to update your grades once a week in Gradelock. This ensures that students, and parents, know exactly where they stand in your class and what items they still need to complete. Please remember that you must enter "0" for an assignment to show up as missing in Gradelock. If you only enter "missing" it is not visible on the parent or student view.
  • Beginning Monday, January 4 all dress code rules are in effect. Please use the dress code infraction slips to document any dress code infractions. If you would like a refresher on dress code rules please check your "Thursday Folder" folder in your "Shared with me" Google Docs. Should you issue a dress code infraction, please give the student the top copy and place the carbon copy in my mailbox.
  • The gym uniform will be fully enforced as of January 15.
  • The end of the Second Quarter will be January 14.
  • We will have a faculty meeting from 3:30-4:30 in the Upper Room on Tuesday, January 5.
  • Mark your calendars for Monday, January 11 for School Rosary at 2:00 pm in the church.
  • Please look forward to a date (coming soon) that will serve as a teacher work day/ PD/ CODA training day. If you have not requested access from Dolores Bruno for CODA, please do so immediately.
