A note about morning drop off and afternoon pick up
We would like to take a minute to share some safety reminders regarding before school and after school for our students and families.
This year we are a bigger school with more students which means we will experience more congestion during drop off and pick up times. Please be patient and use the pull through in the front of the school if you are dropping off and/or picking up your student. Please note the pull through is for one-way traffic. Please pull up next to the curb in front of the school to drop off or pick up your student.
If you choose to come through the parking lot, please pull into a designated parking spot to let your student out of the vehicle. This allows others in the parking lot to easily exit their parking spot without getting blocked in.
As you enter and exit school parking lots, please be mindful of your speed and cautious of children and adults in the parking lot.
Winter time also means there’s a greater potential for icy walkways. Please be careful when walking in the parking lots and sidewalks.
Finally, after school students are to be picked up or leave campus by 2:25 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and at 1:25 on Wednesdays. There is no supervision for students after those times. If your student would like to attend an after school athletic event they must leave campus and then return at the start of the event.
Thank you for helping us keep all students safe during these times.
Collecting all new and gently used shoes
For the month of February we will have a shoe collection box in the front foyer of our school. If you have any new and/or gently used shoes that you would be willing to donate, we would greatly appreciate it.
Lockers
Calling all Husky Heroes...
We have started selling concessions at our home athletic events to raise funds for our annual Husky Pride Night and other Husky Pride activities. If you are available to help out with selling concessions please email our Husky Hero gmail (Huskeyheroesegms@gmail.com) to let us know you are interested. Also, if you haven't already, please take a moment to fill out one of our online volunteer applications.
