"I like working for think together because of the unity it brings. The students and staff have a great bond and it brings joy for me to see the students being able to rely on us".

"I work at Think Together because I enjoy mentoring and helping out students in any way that I can. Think Together to me is a pathway towards my career, which is becoming an academic counselor. I want to help students with their academic needs and goals such as going to college or looking for a job. Being a first-generation college student was a struggle and I know the feeling of doing everything on your own. Even though I had all the resources I needed, in the end, it was me who was going to college and doing all the work along the way. It was worth it! Now more than ever as I continue my academic journey, I believe Think Together has given me a fresh perspective on students who also strive to be better and to help those who need an extra push. Being the first into the unknown is hard, but not impossible, I am proof of that. Thank you Think Together".
OYL- Luis De Guzman
Runs Food Handler's Certification and Driver's Education.
"I am a recent graduate from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). I received my degree in Anthropology and I plan to pursue a master’s degree in the next couple of years. I chose to be an OYL at Think Together because I wanted to get a chance to work with high school students. I would like to one day be a middle school/high school history or ethnic studies teacher and I feel that being an OYL has allowed me to gain and continue to gain valuable experience in a high school setting. My favorite part about being an OYL at Heritage High School is getting to forge relationships with the students; they are all so intuitive and personable and I really enjoy getting to know their story. With the experience I have gained from being an OYL, I hope to become a better communicator and effective leader for high school students".
