The highlights this week are:
As of 6:00pm, Monday, March 20, 2023, SEIU’s Work Stoppage is still in effect. Schools will be closed on Tuesday, March 21st through Thursday, March 23rd. WHES office will be open from 8am to 11am and 12pm to 3:30pm to receive phone calls. We will hold Zoom Office Hours from 9:00am to 10:00am and 1:00pm to 2:00pm. During our school virtual office hours, families can receive help with accessing Schoology and support with their devices as much as possible. The Zoom link is https://lausd.zoom.us/j/86908133857.
LAUSD Beyond the Bell Contractors, LA County**(8am - 5:30pm), and LA City are all offering supervision and/or all-day activities for students the next three days. If you are interested in student supervision during the Work Stoppage from 8am to 6pm**, please visit here to register and see available locations: https://achieve.lausd.net/schoolupdates/supervision
