A message from Principal, Dr. Shannon Snow:
Good morning Keefe Tech community!
I hope this email finds everyone well. This certainly has been an unusual week!
The information below outlines the enrichment plan to maintain a connection to both the Keefe Tech community and courses while we are all home. Each department has listed the days they will be sending assignments to students as well as their office hours. During office hours, educators will be in front of their computers ready to respond to questions, concerns, or even emails of hello! PLEASE be in touch – they miss engaging with their students and would love to hear from you!
Students should check their Keefe Tech emails and Google classroom for emails from teachers. If students need assistance logging into iStudent or parents need assistance with iParent, you can use the “Forgot Password” button or email iPassAdmin@jpkeefehs.org. If students need assistance with their Google account, they can email IT@jpkeefehs.org.
I know there are many different situations that students are navigating – college applications, course selections, IEP planning, questions about AP assessment, etc. We are working hard find the answers and to help students and families. Please reach out; I know this is a tricky time and we are here to help! You are always welcome to email me: ssnow@jpkeefehs.org.
If any student is having difficulty with internet or a device to use to complete work, please email
Assistant Principal Ken Collins kcollins@jpkeefehs.org.
I want to thank a number of people in the Keefe Tech community who have worked hard this week: Sue Brown and the cafeteria staff and Dominic Jannetti and the custodial/facilities staff for cleaning the building. We are especially grateful for the resources Sue Brown shared with students in need of meal support, and any student needing information should visit the Keefe Tech website. A special thank you to the Keefe Tech educators who quickly helped the admin team complete this enrichment plan.
As more information becomes available, I will be in touch. I look forward to seeing you all again soon and wish everyone good health.
Shannon Snow

According to Mark Hamilton, Keefe Tech Programming and Web Instructor, "We had a great
group of sophomore, junior, and senior students participate in the Business Professionals of
America State competition. Each individual student was successful in their competitions whether they won a medal or not.” “The younger students got a taste for the competition and are already discussing how they can do better next year, while the older students enjoyed the competition and the camaraderie gained from hanging out with fellow competitors.
