Eat healthy well balanced meals
Taking care of yourself is in important in times of stress. Remember to eat healthy or change your diet completely if that is the source of your stress. Also get plenty of sleep and exercise.
Avoid drugs and alcohol
Although using alcohol and drugs may seem to help you cope with stress in he long run they will further contribute to the stress and cause additional problems.
Take a break
If your break is brought on by an event or occurrence, make sure to distance yourself and calm down before returning to whatever is.

Gastrointestinal- peptic ulcers, nausea, stomatitis
Nervous- multiple sclerosis, seizures, depression
Muscoskeletal- rheumatoid arthritis
Urinary- cancer, infection
