AR Goals
We introduced the AR reading program to the class. Several students have already been on the program but now that many of us are readers, we took the time to explain the school's reading incentive. Students need to read a book at their level twice, then they log into the program on the chromes and take a computerized test--usually 5 questions. They can only miss one to get points. The students have a reading goal and it is up to them to try to reach it by the end of the trimester. We are just having the students who are new to this just get comfortable with the program--the second trimester is almost over....so meeting reading goals will be encouraged at the start of the third trimester.
There is a letter in your child's Friday folder explaining how you can log on to see your child's progress. (if your child has already been taking AR, you should have already gotten that information.)

Doggy Bag
1. Thank you for keeping all of the snow gear in a bag of some sort. We do not have many missing items at the end of the day.
2. Stay healthy.
