- Different types of sugar have different types of effects on the human body.
All about TV.
- The more TV kids watched the more unhealthy food they eat.
- This can cause obesity and serious heath issues including type 2 diabetes.

Do not leave the t.v. on not even for a minute!!!
Sugar
To much sugar is not good at all.
Exercise
Always get a little bit of exercise.
It will be a good decision to make
Why its good to exercise
When you don't exercise your body gets weaker and when you get up your body is lazy and you do not move as good if you were to exercise.
