Primary Update

6 January 2014

Welcome Back

I hope you have enjoyed your holiday break and feeling rested and ready for the new term. I have enjoyed a typical Melbourne Christmas holiday break- stinking hot one day and freezing cold the next. Having said that, I have enjoyed the time to rest and am looking forward to getting back to work.

Mark, Andy and I will be on recruitment in Bangkok this coming week and we will be back at school Monday 13 Jan. I will be checking emails regularly if you need anything of urgency.

Enjoy the week ahead.

Expression of Interest for Zoe's role 2014 - 2015

You will have read in Mark's update that we will sadly farewell Jo and Zoe at the end of the school year. Jo is currently working on finalizing details for the new year and Zoe has pursued her love of Early Childhood and taken on a teaching position at Hillside ESF Kindergarten for the new school year. Congratulations Zoe.

If there is any teacher who thinks they may be interested in Zoe’s role for the new year please send me an email asap so l can arrange a time to skype with you and discuss this prior to beginning the Bangkok Fair on Tuesday. The role is primarily teaching across The Arts and PE.

Timetable changes for Zoe, Frank, Jo and Michael

Please be aware that some year levels will have changes to who will be teaching their students in either Music, Drama or Visual Arts this term. Donna will forward an amended timetable asap and inform parents of the changes to the Arts programme to the relevant year levels.

Zoe will be teaching the following classes for this term:
PE - Yr 1 (remains the same)
Art - Yr 2
Music - Yr 3
Drama - Yr 4
