Special Interventionists At Seguin

At Risk, Dyslexia, 504, LEP, and Special Education

Timeline for Impleminting the Interventions forgrades K-2 and 3-6 .

Now:

Implementing academic vocabulary by having students write them on index cards or in journals.

Plan on making Special Education mission statement.


Beginning of 4th 6 weeks:

We will start data folders for Special Education students. Start setting goals with Special Education Students and conference over IEP goals and accommodations.


February 1st week:

The 1st collaboration meeting to look at students data from testing in January

(District assessments.)


February-June:

Continue collaboration meetings every 3 weeks continuing to look at data.


After April:

Collaborate with all math and reading interventionist and Special Education teachers with para's.


2015-2016

Ultimate goal having all interventionist and Special Education teachers serve grades 3-6 At-Risk, Dyslexia, 504, LEP, and Special Education students. K-2 will be severed by para's.
