MSA Newsletter 4/10/2014

Assalamu Alaikum!

Hadith of the Newsletter!

The Prophet (SAW) said "Allah will say on the Day of Resurrection: Where are those who love one another through My glory? Today I shall give them shade in My shade, it being a day when there is no shade but My shade" (AL-bukhari).

Let's all take this in our hearts and make the effort to instill kindness and love in every relationship and interaction we have with our families and our brothers and sisters in Islam. :)

Good luck on finals!

The MSA wants to wish you all best of luck with your finals. It's a difficult time for sure so stay strong in your studies and your deen! Here's a short Du'a I like to recite before my exam, hopefully it will be of use for you guys:

Allahumma inni astaodeeuka ma qara'tu wama hafaz'tu. Faradduhu 'allaya inda hagati elayhi. Innaka 'ala ma-tasha'u qadeer wa anta hasbeeya wa na'mal wakeel.

O Allah! I entrust You with what I have read and I have studied.

O Allah! Bring it back to me when I am in need of it.

O Allah! You do whatever You wish and You are my Availer and Protector and best of aid.

Good luck on all of your exams (don't forget to say Bismillah)! :)

JazakAllahu Khairan!

Brought to you by Rafat Hossain, MSA Secretary.

From all of us on MSA Board, stay safe and thanks for reading!
