Whats Next
We have analyzed our students scores, celebrated successes, and determined key TEKS to reinforce. We have gathered data and discussed TEKS that are lagging behind.
At this critical moment, we have a choice. We can either continue doing the 'same thing' as the Fall Semester; or we can take the risk, exit our comfort zone, and make the changes needed for student improvement and achievement. This situation aligns with cycle of change. A few quotes I remind myself when I am on the brink of making a step towards needed change:
- If you want something you've never had, you must be willing to do something you've never done.
- Great things never come from comfort zones.
- The first step towards getting somewhere is is to decide that you're not going to stay where you are.
What model lesson will show your amazing instructional changes??
Let us know so we can highlight your instruction!
Onward!
