Board Safety Hearing
The School Board wants to hear from you. The School Board wants to listen and learn to better understand the root causes of violence and its impact on our students. The hearing will inform the future work of the Board. Hear presentations from City Schools and the Mayor's office.

Where: Booker T. Washington Middle School (1301 McCulloh St, Baltimore, MD 21217)
Time: 6 P.M.
You can sign up for public comment on May 17 between 5:45 and 6:30 p.m.
Members of the public will have 3 minutes each to speak.

City Schools Recruiting Fair
City Schools is looking for more amazing educators! Do you know anyone who may be interested in working for City Schools?
Tell them to attend the upcoming Recruiting Fair on Wednesday, May 17 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Professional Development Center (2500 E. Northern Parkway). Applicants can be interviewed and hired on the spot! We're looking to hire classroom teachers, substitute teachers, paraeducators, school counselors, social workers, and more.

Graduation season is quickly approaching and we cannot wait to celebrate the class of 2023! The graduation ceremony schedule is up with dates, locations and times for all high school graduations. Please check with your school for more details on cap and gown pickup, tickets, and more.
Free Family Farm Hours
Have you been to Great Kids Farm? Join us on Wednesday, May 24 from 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. to meet the animals, see what's growing and explore the woods and stream! This event is open and free for all families of City Schools students and staff members.
