Happy Middle of January (Already)!

We are back in the groove and are rocking and rolling! Tomorrow is the end of the 2nd Marking Period/1st Semester! Wow! Half way through the year!

We are starting to get ready for Catholic Schools Week from January 28th to February 4th. Classrooms are working on ideas for our daily themes and sixth grade will get to make the final choice next week.

Our Kick-Off Mass will be on Saturday, January 28 at 6 pm at St. Therese. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend. We want to have as many students and families as possible. Please have your children wear their school uniforms. We will be reaching out for students to read and serve at the altar that evening.

The CSW Online Auction will start on Thursday, February 2nd, and run through Saturday, February 4. We have one more week to collect donations. Please see the list below for Classroom baskets, ideas for family baskets to donate, and assorted items needed to complete baskets. All donations are due Friday, January 20 so that we have time to photograph everything and get it listed online.

We are trying something new this year! We are going to wind up Catholic Schools Week with an event for adults only. There will be a trivia night in the school gym. Please see the attached flyer for all the details. You can pre-register online. If you plan on paying at the door, please know it is cash only that night. Finally, we were getting a little concerned with our attendance counts this week. Please keep children home for 24 hours following a fever or vomiting. There are several bugs going around and we want to keep everyone healthy and in school! We still have Covid tests available in the office if you would like some for your family. Just let us know so we can get them to you directly.
