Students at Callahan Middle School celebrated their positive behavior for quarter 2. Students were treated to a BBQ lunch and time to socialize with friends. Nassau County Sheriff's office also attended with K-9 dogs and other training materials to demonstrate police training.

During the 12 days leading up to Winter Break, Dr. Burns had 12 Days of Giving to Teachers of Staff. During these 12 days, there were, dress up days, sweet treats, and prize winners!

"Dress in your finest attire-masks are optional! We will have live music, dancing and a live auction-all to benefit the Nassau Education Foundation. This special evening will raise funds to further our mission of providing classroom grants to teachers across Nassau County. Let's celebrate education and our special educators that make our district great!"
